A year ago I proudly announced we had delivered our 200th Ignite planning workshop (with Betty Trajkovski's team at NAB) https://lnkd.in/gnfbN4ZB
As a refresher, an hashtag#Ignite workshop is where we collaboratively plan an annual or 90 Day portfolio plan in under a day to bring together leadership teams out of their siloes to become a unified and formidable team that work collectively to achieve the best outcomes for their organisation.
Best articulated by Patrick Lencioni of The Table Group who famously once said:
“if you get all the people in an organisation rowing in the same direction, you could dominate any industry, in any market, against any competition, at any time”
Well since I made that announcement, the team at AdaptivOrg + Seisma have:
>> Delivered an additional 50 Ignites across Australia & NZ in the past year to bring our new total to 250 !!! (and we have another 15 scheduled in the next two months alone)
🟢 🟡 🔵 🔴 Successfully combined Insights Discovery colour energies with our Ignite workshops to improve team effectiveness & communication and uncover the superheroes in these teams. The results speak for themselves with significant uplift in delivery outcomes of the portfolio plans, as well as saving a sh@tload of money for them!
