With Halloween approaching, here is a challenge to those who follow my posts.

I am challenging you to face a fear

I’m not talking about ghosts, vampires, monsters or big hairy spiders.

I am talking about sharing with your team a mistake you might have made, and then what you have learnt from the experience.

You can do this at one of your stand-ups, meetings, or even here on LinkedIn.

We are human, we all have a list a mile long. I know I have!

Demonstrating vulnerability by admitting mistakes is a strong leadership trait, in that it can put a team at ease and build a foundation of trust..
