Ignite Workshops and the 90-Day Transformation

We always aim to impress our clients when we engage with our first Ignite big-room planning workshop.
But the real transformation happens 90 days later during the second Ignite workshop.
By then, the team’s collaboration and cohesion speak volumes.
In the initial Ignite, teams have often been operating in isolated silos, with limited trust and transparency around their work, and not fully aligned on strategy.
Fast forward 90 days, and it’s a different story.
The team has cultivated a harmonious culture. They’ve stepped out of their silos to align around ranked initiatives, resolved impediments together, managed break-ins through the Front Door triage process, and adapted their communication styles using Insights Discovery colour energies.
