The Insights Discovery diagnostic helps us gain self-awareness about our own strengths and weaknesses, as well as understand each other's preferred communication styles and ways of working.

With this knowledge, we should be able to subtly adjust our communication approach based on who we’re engaging with, allowing us to build stronger, more effective relationships in the workplace.

Dialing down your color energies:

🔴 Fiery Red: Be open to questions and alternative ideas. Actively ask for feedback and listen carefully.

🟡 Sunshine Yellow: Let others respond first. Give yourself a few seconds (count to 7) before speaking.

🔵 Cool Blue: Speak up when you disagree, and openly share your thoughts.

🟢 Earth Green: Be direct and confident. Offer your input without needing to be asked.
