Building a strong foundation of trust is critical to a successful team, and making a personal connection by learning about each other is a great place to start.
I have learnt some amazing things about the people I have worked with:
👀 Like when someone poisoned the schools pet fish by experimenting with chemicals during science class.
👀 Or another who appeared on Young Talent Time playing the piano with their sibling.
👀 Or another who could do backflips and ride a unicycle.
👀 Or an unnamed AdaptivOrg + Seisma consultant whose older sister thought it would be fun to remove the ladder while he was in the roof space on a hot day.
👀 Or another unnamed AdaptivOrg consultant who, after abusing the other drivers who wouldn’t let him change lanes, realised he had pushed into a booze bus queue….
