I love stealing Robert Cass’s thunder.

He’s been doing an awesome thing lately to help teams to continue to reinforce our learnings about each other as a result of the Insights Discovery diagnostic.

⭐⭐⭐ Baseballs cards!

Following an Ignite workshop and Insights Discovery, Rob produces a baseball card for each team member that outlines:

✷ Two key strengths

✷ Two good ways to communicate with them

✷ Two ways you shouldn’t communicate with them

Of course, you can use other key information from your Insights report – the thing is to keep it simple.

Then make a habit at each stand-up for team members to share their “stats”

Another awesome way to build a strong team dynamic!
