It goes without saying, Delivery Analysts are absolutely critical to the success of an Ignite.
If you are a prospective customer, do not cut corners here.
Delivery Analysts are the heart of our Ignites.
They work around the clock preparing EVERYTHING (especially the data) for the Ignite.
Then on the big day, work under extreme pressure to capture the flood of incoming data and decisions, tirelessly supporting the facilitator by putting out small fires to ensure the day runs smoothly, as well as providing much needed moral support!
You may be surprised to learn that I am not always sunshine and light, I have my moments, and the Delivery Analysts have seen me at my best and worst but always help me get through it.
Easily the most satisfying part of my work is observing an associate evolve into a superstar consultant and leader. It truly is exciting to watch!
They must learn how to be responsive, adaptive, mind readers, scrum masters, business analysts, excel gurus, data experts, extreme multi-taskers, counsellors, and coaches (insert more here) – all simultaneously and very quickly.
This is one of the earliest photos (from our time at RXP Group) I have of my first team of analysts at a surprise birthday morning tea, and it is one of my fondest memories.
So here is a roll call and tribute to some of the awesome Delivery Analysts I have had the pleasure to work with. I know all of them have gone on to become superstars and leaders in their field, and I am proud of all of them.
Azra Abolhassani, Alex Parker, Gul Kazi, Richie Butler, Oscar Wincott, Nalini Mahendran, Senjie (Jed) Bao, Becky Bolu, Rhys D., Maria Rizza Santos, Ben F., Jonathan Tan, Matthew Stevens, Evelyn Teo, Rob Priest, Arshita Cheeti, Angela Evans, Christabel Sy (CSPO, ITIL v3, CSM), Anneka Gandhi, Ben Chan, Sarah Beamish, Natasha Balgue, Angel Ignacio CSM® and to anyone I have missed (so sorry!), plus our current crew Michael (Tuan) Tran, Ingrid Perkins, Jason Wu, and Sushrut Kamath (and soon to join us Radha Mohan).
If you come across one in your travels – hug them, salute them, bow or curtsey them because you are in the presence of royalty, and they will always go out of their way to overachieve and inspire their teams.
