Half of the Ignites I have run since we were freed from lockdown have been exactly that.
Yes, an Ignite workshop is about rapidly and collaboratively building a plan together for the next 90 days that everyone owns.
But it is also very much about reconnecting with our peers in person during a well-established climate of hybrid ways of working.
Team bonding is now crucial as ever, so we don’t lose touch with the person on the zoom call.
And an Ignite is a good excuse to start doing it.
