However, recently I have been delivering services to smaller organisations with under 100 employees.
They are unlikely to scale into high revenue returns, as, like AdaptivOrg, they operate on the smell of an oily rag.
These tend to be love jobs more than strategic.
However, they do satisfy an ethos that has become very important to me in life.

And I enjoy this work immensely – it is so much fun working with people you know and trust.
