I am having a lot of fun mapping famous icons to the Insights Discovery colour energies.
🟢 🟡 🔵 🔴 These colour energies are a great way to understand each team members preferred working style and communications style. If you can learn to understand and appreciate these in a team, you are on the way to build trusted relationships which are the foundation to building a high-performing formidable team.
So far we have done Queen, The Beatles, Wicked, Seinfeld, The Simpsons and Harry Potter.
We had quite a few votes for The Golden Girls, so here we go!
