I will be voting YES in this referendum.
I can't claim to fully understand or appreciate the implications of a YES vote.
I have facilitated over 250 Ignite workshops that encourage people to agree strategic priorities leveraging a prioritisation model based on "gut instinct" and "experience" and then validate with alignment to strategy and data.
In this instance, what my heart and "gut" is telling me is pretty strong - this is the right thing for Australia. As for experience, I put my faith and trust in those role-models who are the experts in this field, like Michael Long.
