A fun way to really understand the different colour energies is to relate them to characters and personalities of our favourite movie, stage shows and fictional story characters, and musicians in famous rock bands (you know where this is leading).
So that’s exactly what I’ll be doing each week, starting off with my favourite musical “Wicked”.
🔴 Elphaba (The Wicked Witch of the West): Fiery Red🔴
Elphaba leads with Fiery Red, which is assertive, determined, and focused on achieving goals. She challenges authority and stands up for what she believes is right, even if it means going against societal norms. Her strong will and passionate nature align with the traits of Fiery Red.
🟡 Glinda (The Good Witch of the North): Sunshine Yellow🟡
Glinda leads with a Sunshine Yellow personality, which is optimistic, sociable, and people-oriented. She values harmony and seeks to maintain positive relationships with others. Glinda's cheerful demeanor and ability to inspire hope align with the characteristics of Sunshine Yellow.
🟢 Fiyero: Earth Green🟢
Fiyero is empathetic, diplomatic, and relationship-focused. He is compassionate towards others and seeks to understand different perspectives. Fiyero's journey of self-discovery and his ability to form deep connections with those around him resonate with the qualities of Earth Green.
🔵 The Wizard of Oz: Cool Blue 🔵
The Wizard's calculating nature leads with the traits of a Cool Blue personality, which is analytical, strategic, and often reserved. He operates from a position of intellect and uses logic to achieve his goals, and has a tendency to scheme and calculate situations to his advantage.
I am pretty sure that if the characters of Wizard of Oz and Wicked understood each other’s personality styles, the story would have a much different ending!
Edit: 🟢 🟡 🔵 🔴 Although this is a bit of fun to help us relate to and better understand the colour energies, let's remember that we're not confined to just one hue in the Insights spectrum; we encompass all four. Each individual embodies traits of red, blue, green, and yellow energies, with varying degrees of dominance. 🟢 🟡 🔵 🔴
