Wicked and Workplace Bullying

This scene gets me every time.
The moment a friend stands up for someone who is being bullied.
I can recount at least a dozen times in the last few years where one of my team has been bullied, often by someone from the client organisation.
Workplace bullying can include behaviours like harassment, intimidation, verbal abuse, exclusion, or any actions that make someone feel unsafe or humiliated at work
This is NEVER acceptable.
But on the flip side, in some of those situations, a peer has stepped in to offer support
Sure, there are usually policies in place to address bullying, but if you witness it happening, take action:
Stand Up for the Person: intervene, either by addressing the behaviour directly (e.g., "That’s not okay") or by redirecting the conversation in a way that discourages further bullying.
