Building a personal connection and understanding your co-workers is a surefire way to establish a foundation of trust and build a formidable team.
Three of our favourite ways of doing this?
1. Kicking off/closing stand-ups / meetings 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝘂𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 about what interesting things we do outside of work.
2. Organising 𝗮𝘄𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 like these that also r𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲.
3. Recognising each other’s 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲𝘀 using the Insights Discovery colour energies
