AdaptivOrg Internal Ignite - Eating our own Dog Food!
The AdaptivOrg + Seisma team meet weekly online, however we came together in person recently to eat a good dose of our own dog food to set up FY24 with an #Ignite planning workshop, revisit our Insights superpowers, and review and celebrate what this amazing team achieved in FY23.
And wow, did this team achieve a lot!

🔵 We helped over 30 organisations establish portfolio capabilities and behaviours to drive amazing business outcomes
🟡 We launched our new integrated Ignites + Insights product offering, and became an accredited partner of Insights
🟢 We uncovered #Superheroes and their colour energy superpowers across Australia!
🔴 We combined the best professional insights with the best Dad Jokes and launched a new blog to showcase them. https://lnkd.in/gpJVGmRa
